As a selected Apple Lab Consultant, I had the privilege of traveling to Apple headquarters in Cupertino, California to work on watchOS and tvOS prior to any product announcement. This exclusive opportunity allowed me to collaborate with Apple Evangelists and play an essential role in building apps and QA software and hardware for Apple Watch and Apple TV.
Accessibility Features
One of my key responsibilities was to work on the accessibility features of both Apple Watch and Apple TV. I worked closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and designed and tested new features that would make these products more accessible to a wider range of users.

Working hand-in-hand with Apple Evangelists, I was helping to shape the future of wearable and streaming technology with a pair of fresh eyes given my exclusive access to the latest features and functionality in the industry. Along with exploring the latest advancements in technology, I also had the opportunity to work with popular apps like QVC, Uber, Mattel, and Nike. I helped design and QA alongside others on these apps, ensuring they were optimized for that stamp of approval from Apple. My colleagues and I collaborated with Apple app engineers to improve their usability and provide a seamless user experience for customers.
Overall, my time as an Apple Lab Consultant was an incredible experience that allowed me to gain exclusive access to the latest hardware and software while working with some of the most innovative minds in the tech industry. Every time I sit down to watch a new show or glance down at my own watch I am reminded about how it was an honor to play a part in shaping the future of Apple products, and to contribute to building the best possible experience for Apple customers.
